Barron Wins in Montgomery!















Doug Barron  of Memphis TN came from behind to win this weeks event at Arrowhead in Montgomery. Barron who is a full time PGA Champions Tour member started the final round three strokes back of second round leader Trace Crowe. Barron shot 66-65-63-194 to win the event by one stroke over Tracy Crowe of Auburn AL. Crowe had rounds of 64- 64 -67 195. Both Crowe and Barron set the tournament scoring record. It was quite a match by the two players. Barron’s birdie on number 18  was the difference as they were tied going into the final hole.

Brandon Pierce finished third at 203.
