Host Hotel: The host accommodations will be condos at Kiva Dunes if available. Call Cody or Pam at 251-540-7100 and ask for the ECGT tournament rate. 15% off normal rates. There will also be other properties in Gulf Shores for players to stay at.
Schedule of Events: Pro Am Day is Wednesday Sept 10
Monday Sept 8:
Practice round at Kiva Dunes for all players in the tournament. Call the golf shop to arrange a tee time. The Village Hideaway Sports Bar will be the official Sports Bar for the tournament.
Tuesday Sept 9:
This will be the first round of the Emerald Coast Golf Tour event at Kiva Dunes. Tee Times will begin at 12:30. Pro Am party at with food at Kiva Dunes on Tuesday night.
Wednesday Sept 10:
This is the second round of the Emerald Coast Tour event at Kiva Dunes. This will be the Pro AM day. Lunch will be at 11:30 and there will be a shotgun start at 12:30. The Prize presentation will be in the clubhouse following play. The Post game after party will be at the Village Hideaway Sports bar at the Beach club.
Thursday Sept 11:
Third and final round of play for the Kiva Dunes Pro Tour Championship. Tee times will begin at 7 30 The awards presentation will be in the clubhouse following play.
Pro Am Format:
The team format will be two best balls of the four with the amateurs receiving 80 percent of their handicap.
Am Entry Fee:
$130 for Amateurs in the pro Am. Includes Lunch & drinks, Prizes and Pizza Party after play. Pro Entry Fee is $900 members and $1050 Nonmembers before Sept 5 $1075 after that: $10,000 Minimum to the winner!! Pays 36-40% of the field.
