Rousey Comes From Behind Again to Win the Panama City Classic!!!

Nick Rousey is playing some great golf. For the second time in a row he came from behind to win on the Emerald Coast tour. His final round 62 got him in a playoff two weeks ago to win the Tour Championship. This week he started the final round 2 strokes behind Champions Tour player Ben Bates. A final round 67 gave him to go with a 72-69- 208 gave him the victory and the $4000 first prize. His 67 also set the course record for the newly remodeled Holiday Golf Club. Bates who had the lead at 5 under 139 shot a final round 73 to finish second and collect $2000. Kyle Sapp of Gardendale Al and Si Clemo of Panama City FL tied for third at 214. They collected $1100 each. The course was in great shape and the players loved the new design.

The Pro Am was won by Chase Williams and Bill Glenn and Rick Baumann

Much thanks to The Panama City Convention Bureau  for their support of our tour. Also a great Friday night party at Dusty’s What a place.
